C’est au moyen d’une approche interdisciplinaire que je sonde les complexités de la mémoire ; sous toutes ses formes et dans tous ses états. Ma démarche intimiste et réflexive tend à approfondir les mécanismes affectifs et mémoriels liés aux errances de l’Être gravitant dans des univers chaotiques.
Mon intérêt se porte plus particulièrement sur le marquage des corps, de l'espace ou du temps, de l'esprit et de la pensée de manière à pouvoir raisonner mon empreinte sur le paysage et vice-versa. J’expose sous la forme de monologues les stigmates, les transes et les commotions intangibles, mais bien réelles, ressentis en regard des aléas d’un monde miné de constantes mouvances et remises en question. C’est par le biais de la théâtralité, de la symbolique et du langage parlé, écrit, ressenti ou gestuel que je mets en tension la réalité des choses et la manière dont je les ressens, les apprivoise et les accepte. Une attention désireuse m’invite à entrevoir au-delà de ce qui est perceptible afin de mieux comprendre, voire revisiter certaines mentalités et représentations en regard de ma propre conception d’un idéal.
Je m’inspire tout autant du folklore que des savoirs anciens dans le processus de reconnaissance d’une vision qui est mienne. J’ouvrage l’imagerie par des procédés d’impression et de façonnage de matériaux tels que le papier, le textile et le métal. Je crée l’émotion par les arts du livre et de papier, la sculpture et l'installation, mes formats expressifs de prédilection.

It is through an interdisciplinary approach that I probe the complexities of memory; in all its forms and in all its states. My intimate and reflective approach tends to deepen the affective and memorial mechanisms linked to the wanderings of the Being gravitating in chaotic universes.
My interest is more particularly focused on the marking of bodies, space or time, mind and thought so as to be able to reason my imprint on the landscape and vice versa. I expose in the form of monologues the stigmata, the trances and the intangible, but very real commotions, felt in relation to the vagaries of a world undermined by constant movement and questioning. It is through theatricality, symbolism and spoken, written, felt or gestural language that I put in tension the reality of things and the way in which I feel them, tame them and accept them. Desirous attention invites me to glimpse beyond what is perceptible in order to better understand, even revisit certain mentalities and representations in relation to my own conception of an ideal.
I am inspired as much by folklore as by ancient knowledge in the process of recognizing a vision that is mine. I create imagery through processes of printing and shaping materials such as paper, textiles and metal. I create emotion through book and paper arts, sculpture and installation, my favorite expressive formats.
